Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you are going to be late, please call before your scheduled appointment time to let me know and we can then make a decision whether we need to reschedule or not. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, no show, or show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment our policy will be enforced.
Credit card needs to be on file to book the appointments and 50% of scheduled appointment charged if past the 24 hour cancellation time. 100% charged for no shows. We do understand that sometimes life happens, and it is up to your stylist discretion to waive fees. However, if it is habitual we reserve the right to refuse service.
